These special handmade drawing stones are 30 grams each. They are made from natural pigments and can be combined with watercolor. The drawing stones work like soft pastels, allowing for expansive, expressive mark making!

Felsite Transparent Yellow is made with PY43.

The drawn mark can be worked into and blended with our gum arabic water-based binding medium. Try also our new Fabriano paper packs with pastel primer. The a mild toothy support of a pumice coating is perfect for mixed technique and available in white or mixed colors.

Available in over 20 colors! The stones can also be split into small pieces to gain sharper edges/points for more detailed work.
